1. Service Description
Uspehov Academy provides an online learning environment, including access to curriculum materials, past papers, AI-assisted query tools, and student dashboards. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any feature of the platform at our discretion.
2. User Accounts and Security
- Eligibility: Users must provide accurate and complete information during the onboarding process.
- Account Sharing: Accounts are strictly for individual use. Sharing login credentials with third parties is prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension.
- Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and session tokens. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Payments and Billing
- Fees: All subscription fees and one-time payments are billed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.
- Billing Cycle: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle until canceled.
- Payment Processing: Payments are securely processed via our designated third-party payment gateway. We do not store full credit card details on our servers.
4. Intellectual Property and Acceptable Use
- Content Ownership: All curriculum materials, study guides, platform design, and proprietary AI workflows remain the exclusive property of Uspehov Academy.
- Restrictions: You may not scrape, copy, redistribute, sell, or exploit any portion of the platform. Automated data extraction (including listing or scraping public storage buckets) is strictly prohibited.
- User Content: Any data or queries you input into the platform remain yours, but you grant us a license to use this data to provide and improve the service.
5. Limitation of Liability
Uspehov Academy is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the educational materials will guarantee specific academic results. To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, Uspehov Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
6. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
